17th January 2022. Coronavirus (Covid-19) update. We remain Open.

Osteopathy has been recognised as an essential medical service and we have been encouraged to continue seeing patients.

We continue to adopt the strict standard operating procedures and infection control policies, which we rigorously follow.

This means we significantly minimise the risk of spreading COVID-19 between patients and our staff.

Osteopathy is a system of diagnosis and treatment that lays its main emphasis on the structural integrity of the body. It is distinctive in the way that it recognises that much of the pain and disabilities we suffer stems from abnormalities in the function and mobility of the body structures.

Osteopathy is a holistic and natural therapy that does not use any medication.

Osteopaths work with their hands using a wide variety of treatment techniques. These may include soft tissue techniques, passive joint mobilisation, or manipulative techniques employed to improve mobility. We also utilise a range of gentle release techniques which are used for treatment of children and the elderly.
